I have been attending South Lyon East High School since 2022 and am expected to graduate in June 2026. This includes my freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior years.
I have been attending Oakland Schools Technical Campus Southwest since my junior year (2024). Half of my classes are at South Lyon East, and the other half are at Oakland Schools Technical Campus. I'm currently part of their Agriscience program.

My college application essay. I'm extremely proud of this essay as it is very personal to me, but also very well written.
This is a slideshow on the work-based learning internship I am a part of through Oakland Schools Technical Campus. I go two to three times a week and help at Tollgate Educational Farms.
During my junior year, I took a class on 20th-century American perspectives. We had to make a slideshow on a dystopian topic of our choice, and I chose late-stage capitalism. I am really proud of this presentation in how I researched it, but also designed it.
For my reading and writing for the college-bound class this year, we had to make a slide show on something we are passionate about. I love dinosaurs and the whole process of fossilization, so I made a slideshow on how we came to determine the colors of dinosaurs.
This is one of the scholarship essays that I wrote answering the question, "How will this scholarship make a difference in your life? Why do you feel you deserve this scholarship?" I'm very proud of it, and I was able to articulate why I believed I deserved the scholarship, answer the prompt, and keep it under 250 words.
